The Role

An exciting opportunity to be a part of a change-making team in the industry. We have built a strong team of Property Service Assistants nationally to drive best practice in how we service our owners and tenants. 

We are seeking an outstanding customer service professional who is highly self-motivated and eager to learn. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting our properties and preparing detailed reports to provide to our property management team. 

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and learn the ins and outs of the Sydney property market, or for a property specialist seeking to return to the industry and apply their knowledge to streamline our property management services.

A Day In The Life

• Map out your own day to drive efficiency
• Travel to St Leonards and surrounding suburbs
• Meet volume KPI's of 10 - 15 inspections per day
• Document property conditions and compile accurate, high-quality inspection reports
• Have a high attention to detail and avid eye for property
• Be professional and caring to tenants to provide a great experience

The Successful Candidate

• An unrestricted driver's license and your reliable own vehicle
• Willingness to learn and respond to feedback
• Certificate of Registration
• Is highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
