What you’ll be doing

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of around approx. 190 properties
• Building strong connections with owners and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Staying on top of arrears management

What we’re looking for

• Experience in Property Management
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate of Registration
• Driver’s licence and reliable car
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for people and problem-solving
