What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of ~160 properties
- Building genuine relationships with tenants & owners
- Coordinating repairs & maintenance
- Minimising arrears with confidence
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Property Management
- Certificate of Registration
- Driver’s licence & reliable car
- Strong communication, organisation & problem-solving skills
