The Role
An exciting opportunity to be apart of a change-making team in the industry. We have generated a team of Property Officers nationally to drive best practice in how we service our owners and tenants.
We are searching for an outstanding customer service agent who is highly self-motivated and ready to learn. This role is offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-supported position managing a neat portfolio of just 100–110 properties and supporting the office manager.
This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of the New South Wales property market through first-hand experience. Or for a property specialist looking to return to market and utilise their knowledge to streamline our property management services.
A Day In The Life

- A great opportunity for anyone looking to grow in property management – take the lead on a diverse entry-level portfolio and learn from the industry leaders in property management.
- Take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of 100–110 properties ,the perfect size to make an impact.
- Assist the Office Manager with various team property management tasks, when required, creating a valuable opportunity to learn and grow quickly in the role
- Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords by responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries, fostering trust and a positive experience
- Handle documentation, applications, and property advertising.
- Keep tenants and landlords updated on key property matters.
- Ensure legal compliance and prepare property reports.

The Successful Candidate
- An unrestricted driver's license and your reliable own vehicle
- Willingness to learn and respond to feedback
- Certificate of Registration/ Agents Representative is required
- Is highly energised, driven, and self-motivated
- Has high attention to detail
- Process driven and loves systems
- Open to learning
- Has outstanding communication skills
